Welcome to the launch of The Morning Bird!

I am SO excited to share with you more of what The Morning Bird has to offer!

I want  to begin by introducing myself and provide you with some background as to why I created this site, what kind of content you will find here, and what I hope you will take away from it. First and foremost, Hi! Im Brittany Anderson, but you can just call me Britt. I am a 24 year old Colorado native who is obsessed with all things health and wellness. I love mornings, designing recipes, dancing around my kitchen, drinking matcha, going on walks, listening to podcasts, being outside in nature, getting my sweat on at the gym, and of course.. long walks on the beach. 🙂

Over the years I have loved reading other peoples’ blogs, and have often dreamed of having my own. Being a type-A gal, I waited for the perfect moment to begin creating my own site; but, then I realized… there is NO PERFECT TIME and that it was up to me to seize the day, strike a power stance, and to get ‘er done. This summer/fall I had the pleasure of working with the sweetest, most helpful, and soon to be mom for a second time, Laura Agar Wilson. After several months, and a gaggle of emails later, here we are!

I created The Morning Bird in hopes of providing inspiration, information, recipes, ideas and tips to health-seeking minds. This site is here to help you disseminate convoluted health information, find your new favorite recipe, and to spike inspiration/motivation for optimizing your health and happiness.

It is my passion, to help others make sustainable changes in their life, without the struggle! So, think of this site as your home. A place for you to find out more about yourself, what does and does not work for you, and inspiration for new things you’d like to try! I never share, teach or preach about anything that I, myself, don’t truly believe in; therefore, I promise to bring honest, raw, and intentional content that you can apply to your life as you see fit.
