*Announcement** This summer has challenged many o *Announcement** This summer has challenged many of us emotionally, mentally, and physically. Over the past couple of months I have experienced heart break, a big move, loss, injury, and radical change. After taking some time to reflect on this new season of life, I have decided to take a short hiatus from teaching yoga. This decision was not an easy one to make; however, I know that through becoming a student again, and by taking care of myself I will return a more connected teacher. Today I am grateful for a team that feels like family, and for a place to practice that feels like home. I am proud to be celebrating 3 years of memories, yoga, and fun with my @yogapodfortcollins family! And don’t worry, you will still see me in the studio stepping on my mat, subbing from time to time, and participating in yoga projects! I look forward to joining my Tuesday 6pm students for hot with @yogithug who will be taking over my class time! 😊 Love you @yogapodfortcollins and thank you for the continual support!

Happy May!!! I am so excited to see what this mont Happy May!!! I am so excited to see what this month has in store for us all! I look forward to the sunny days, the blooming trees and flowers, and to embracing my Taurus energy! ♉️🌳🌞🌸⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Today I thought I would share a light and easy to make snack that I have been loving as of late!⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Strawberry, Basil and Balsamic Crostini!🍓🥖🌿⠀ .⠀ .⠀ I love incorporating fresh herbs and foods throughout my day. ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ This perfect mid-afternoon snack is simple yet elevated! ⠀ .⠀ .⠀ 1. Start by slicing and slightly toasting your baguette (baguette of choice- I used a gluten free one)⠀ 2. Spread goat cheese onto toasted slices (omit for a vegan option or add a vegan spread of choice) ⠀ 3. Add one leaf of basil ⠀ 4. Add strawberry slices⠀ 5. Drizzle balsamic over top⠀ .⠀ .⠀ I have found so much joy from sitting outside on my balcony, enjoying the beautiful weather, mock-tail in hand, munching on these scrummy crostini, and getting lost in a good book! 🍹☀️⠀ .⠀ .⠀ Wishing you all the most amazing start to this beautiful month!
